Delishi Machinery Attended in 2023 World Hydrogen Technology Convention
CHFE 2023 During Time: Nov 7th-9th 2023
The 7th China (Foshan) International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology and Products Exhibition (CHFE2023) covers hydrogen energy infrastructure, fuel cells, core components, materials, fuel cell vehicle manufacturing, industrial cooperation, and hydrogen production , storage, transportation, hydrogen utilization, etc., providing hydrogen energy people with a more connotative, creative and high-quality annual industry event.
The servo toggle hydraulic stamping press recently independently developed by Delishi has applied for 2 invention patents and 5 utility patents. The hydraulic press is mainly used for the forming and blanking of metal materials. It has the comprehensive functions of a mechanical stamping and a hydraulic press, and has product molding capabilities. It has the advantages of precision, high efficiency, easy operation, low noise, low price, and 70% power saving. It is widely used in automobile manufacturing, household appliances, computer chassis, composite materials and other industries.
This servo-hydraulic punch innovatively develops a main transmission mechanism that combines servo drive + toggle transmission, and develops automatic compensation technology for press slide position accuracy, realizing digital control of position, speed and time in the forging process, which meets the requirements for high-efficiency and high-precision production of hydrogen energy battery bipolar plates. The overall technology is at the internationally advanced level and is a domestic pioneer.
The "Servo Toggle Hydraulic Press for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bipolar Plate" has been favored by customers as soon as it was launched. This is not only a full affirmation of the efforts and dedication of the Delis R&D project team, but also a full recognition of Delis' independent R&D and creative capabilities. Since its establishment in 1997, Delishi has always insisted on tailor-made products, replacing imported products, and strives to help customers achieve industrial upgrading.
In the future, Delishi Machinery will also be committed to improving its technological innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, actively participating in international competition, striving to break the technology monopoly of foreign companies, promoting technological change and industry progress in the hydraulic press industry, and striving to improve the overall technical level of my country's hydraulic press production!
