When hydraulic oil overheating when using hydraulic press machine, we should check it regularly. Generally, the reasons that cause the hydraulic oil overheating are serious oil contamination, insufficient oil and insufficient heat dissipation, overflow parts of the system, local overheating, and cooling. System failure or high ambient temperature, as well as overloaded work, etc.
Excessively high oil temperature will cause the viscosity of the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic machine to decrease and aggravate wear. The parts will expand due to heat, cause premature damage and failure, oxidation and accelerated deterioration, and produce too many impurities, which will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic machine. Therefore, excessive oil temperature must be prevented from the source.
First of all, use hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity, and only use models recommended by the hydraulic press manufacturer. Hydraulic oil with high viscosity should be used in places with low ambient temperature; if there is a pipe in the hydraulic system, ensure its reliable tightening and positioning, and do not use it. Do not install hoses that are not long or large enough in areas with high temperatures to prevent overheating of the flowing oil. Do not install hoses with sharp bends, otherwise the friction of the flow will be aggravated and the oil will heat up.
Secondly, when the hydraulic components of the hydraulic machine are worn, the amount of leakage will increase. When the oil passes through a narrow gap, there will be a large pressure drop, and fluid friction will also cause the oil temperature to increase. Hydraulic press cleaning problems, system contaminants will cause wear and tear, lead to leakage, or hinder cooling. Check the oil tank frequently. The oil level is too low, the system does not have enough oil to take away heat, and the filter is clogged, which will cause the oil temperature to be too high. Regularly check the oil tank. Replace the filter element, check the reason for the increase in back pressure, and clean the cooler dirt regularly.
Most hydraulic faults of hydraulic press machines are directly related to the hydraulic medium, so the use and daily maintenance of the hydraulic medium are very important. On this basis, the hydraulic system can operate stably for a longer period of time.
