Generally, when cleaning hydraulic press machines, hydraulic oil or test oil with working effect is mostly used. However, do not use kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, steam or other liquids to prevent corrosion of hydraulic components, pipelines, fuel tanks and seals.
During the cleaning process of the hydraulic press, the hydraulic pump works together with the heating of the cleaning medium. When the temperature of the cleaning oil is 50-80°C, the rubber residue in the hydraulic press can be easily removed.
After using the oil filter for a period of time, the impurities on the filter element accumulate more and more, which not only affects the filtering ability, but also increases the flow resistance, increases the oil temperature, and generates noise in the pump. Therefore, check, clean or replace the filter element regularly. Generally, the hydraulic press can be cleaned once every two months.
The oil tank of the hydraulic press machine has the effect of depositing impurities. With the extension of the working time, the dirt at the bottom of the oil tank will accumulate more and more, and sometimes it will be sucked into the system by the hydraulic pump, causing the system to malfunction. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the fuel tank regularly, and pay attention to cleaning the inside of the fuel tank when changing the oil.
