In the pressurized state, fasten the connected parts of the movable wall and the movable beam to form a whole, and at the same time, also connect the oil cylinder with the movable beam. The parts connected to the upper beam are tightened. Then tighten the locking nut under the workbench as much as possible so that precision adjustment can be performed.
In the precision adjustment, the lower plane of the movable beam is perpendicular to the piston rod. In this way, the parallel deviation of the lower plane of the movable beam and the work surface can reflect the perpendicularity of the center line of the piston to the work surface. Therefore, the movable beam can be kept in the middle position and its parallelism deviation can be measured first.
Before adjustment, slightly loosen the four locking nuts on the upper beam. Use a dial indicator to first check the parallelism between the lower plane of the movable beam and the front and rear plane of the workbench.
After the parallelism inspection and adjustment of the hydraulic press is completed, check whether the verticality of the movable crossbeam meets the requirements. When requirements are not met. The adjustment method is the same as that of adjusting parallelism until the requirements are met.
